Over 100 textile works featuring wall-hangings, noren (shop curtains) and stoles. ISHIHARA displays mastery over the techniques of marble-dying and the traditional shibugaki (astringent persimmon)-dying to create a series of richly colored, subtle and powerful works.

Exhibition of YAMAUCHI’s ceramics from his Akebia series, inspired by the forms of the Akebia plant’s sprouts and vines, and also his Kirara series, with its gloriously shimmering finishes. Dishes, vases, and bowls are included.
