This year marks the 400th anniversary of the establishment of friendship and commercial relations between the Netherlands and Japan. To commemorate this important milestone, exhibitions of prints by 15 Dutch artists and 21 Japanese artists will be held in Nagasaki and Tokyo.
The Tokyo exhibitions – to be held at 13 galleries – will look at contemporary prints, and provide an opportunity to survey a wide variety of techniques and artistic expression.
