Sohn, Jin-Ah is one of the most outstanding young artists in Seoul, Korea.
This exhibition is the first solo show in Japan. 
 A few simple and familiar objects, which we use in the daily life, are painted repeatedly on her work, e.g. a chair, a vase and a couch. These painted objects seem to be Sohn, Jin-Ah's personal metaphor, or could be a symbol for existence of the others. The human relationship among people is her keen interest and her theme that she is trying to explore. The title of her work series 'self-portrait' is to raise a question whether her existence is visible or invisible in the modern society. Simultaneously, her work aims to recreate our lost sensitivity that used to bind us together.
